SERVICES: Madero Riverside is a RAGHSA development designed by Mario Roberto Álvarez y Asociados studio. The AAA office building features the latest technology and has 8 open floors of 1,411 m2 with panoramic views and great flexibility of use, an open floor of 3,634 m2 with great natural light and 275 parking spaces located in two basements, totaling 16,500 m2 of rentable area. In this project, our intervention was on all floors from the basements to the roofs, carrying out all the subfloors, fillings, internal folders, sloped caps on roofs, cellular concrete fillings with the incorporation of styrofoam beads on roofs and placement of vapor barriers in various sectors of the tower.
