Precautions:

  1. Do not use in areas containing less than 19.5% oxygen.
  2. Do not use the mask in life-threatening atmospheres.
  3. Do not exceed the established concentration limits.
  4. Improper care of this product can cause serious injury or death.
  5. All masks must be selected, tested, and maintained in accordance with MSHA and OSHA regulations.
  6. Never substitute, modify, add, or omit parts of the product. Use only the spare parts specified for you.
  7. If you have any questions, consult your instruction and maintenance manuals.
  8. ARDEN LOMBARDO does not evaluate these masks for surgery.

Limitations on use over time:

Repeated use of this respirator depends on hygiene, damage and increased breathing resistance. In dirty workplaces, service time should not extend beyond 8 hours of total use.

Composition of the triple layer (Materials):

  • Polyester filter.
  • Meltblown of 120gr.
  • Novotex Soft Hydrophilic Filter.
  1. Hold the respirator in your hand, with the metal adjustment strip facing away from you, allowing the headbands to hang below your hands.
  2. Put the top strap over your head and position it up over the back of your head. Put the bottom strap over your head and position it below your ears.
  3. Using both hands, mold the metal strip to the shape of your nose.
  4. Check the fit by cupping both hands over the respirator and exhale vigorously. If air leaks around the nose, re-form the metal strip. If air leaks around the edges, reposition the straps. Repeat as necessary until no air escapes and a satisfactory fit has been obtained.

ATTENTION!

  1. Failure to properly select the appropriate respirator to protect against all concentrations of contaminants, or failure to follow either these warnings and instructions for use, or the precautions and limitations contained on the respirator label, may result in death or serious injury. ARDEN LOMBARDO approval on the other panel of this box, you may be exposed to hazardous materials and risk serious injury, illness, or death.
  2. Do not use this respirator under any of the following conditions:
    1. To protect against arsenic, asbestos or lead, in any concentration.
    2. To protect against gases or vapors, against unknown contaminants or against any contaminant with unknown concentration.
    3. While performing or observing abrasive blasting (sandblasting) or fire fighting operations.
    4. In confined spaces, such as ponds, small rooms, tunnels, or boats, unless the limited space is well ventilated and that is be aware that the concentration of toxic contaminants is, and will continue to be, below the maximum recommended use concentration for this respirator.
    5. When conditions prevent a good seal between the mask and the face. For example:
      1. Beards, mustaches or sideburns that are between the area sealed by the mask and the face.
      2. Glasses, goggles or other devices that interfere with the respirator.</ li>
      3. The use of head or face coverings, which contain materials that pass between the area sealed by the mask and the face.
  3. Immediately leave the contaminated area if:
    1. You have difficulty breathing
    2. You feel dizzy or otherwise distressed
    3. You smell, taste or experience irritation due to to contaminants
    4. If it damages the respirator
